Its packaging features the quote “Jessica Alba's #2 Secret for a Fast Post Pregnancy Slimdown!”, and its official website uses both her name and likeness under the Celebrity Testimonials section. None of that sits well with the thirty year old actress, and she’s taking the company to court for her share of the profits.
